This guide is born from my professional and personal history as an immigrant woman in the United States, and as a dietitian nutritionist with 11 years of experience accompanying people in different stages of life in Colombia, my hometown.
Along my professional path, I have accompanied many individuals in transforming their lives and habits by working in bariatrics and various health settings.
Today, this program is born from that rich experience of helping people free themselves from guilt and eating traumas, allowing them to improve their relationship with food, their choices, and their preparations. I teach people to convert their meals into culinary medicine, to transform their nutrition through culinary diversity, and to practice an emotional, conscious gastronomy where every single choice carries an intention. Above all, this program stems from a deep, fundamental truth: we do not need more rules… we need more awareness. Here, I teach you to free yourself from guilt while you eat and to actively practice conscious meditation exercises during your meals.
For a long time, nutrition has been viewed strictly through the lens of guilt, control, and restriction—dominated by endless diets, calorie counting, and rigid external demands. But over the years, I learned something vital: before changing the way we eat, we must completely heal our relationship with food.Guilt and eating traumas turn into profound psychological barriers. They act as exhausting internal battles that prevent us from moving forward toward our personal goals. Yes, it is undeniably true: all foods can be part of a healthy diet.
The true problem is never the food itself, but rather the usage, the portions, and our underlying emotional relationship with it. Disconnected relationships with food can generate physical imbalances, negative impacts on the body, and, in some cases, associated illnesses. Additionally, there are special hormonal, physical, or mobility conditions that require dedicated professional accompaniment. Because of this, it is always important to seek specialized, interdisciplinary support. But today, I want to invite you to experience something entirely differently.
