The connection between your mind and your food.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Myriam Lozano’s path has always been driven by a deep-seated desire to heal and empower. Her journey began with a professional foundation in nutrition and dietetics in Colombia, where she spent over a decade working in clinics and leading community health programs. It was here, while supporting thousands of patients in weight loss and bariatric surgery preparation, that she discovered her true calling: helping people find themselves.
In 2019, Myriam moved to the United States, a transition that expanded both her personal resilience and her professional horizons. Today, she balances her life as a mother and a professional, blending her Colombian roots with her experiences in America. For Myriam, healing the mind and body isn’t just a career—it’s a life mission born from the belief that when we reconnect with our “inner self,” we can transform our lives forever.
