September 2025, at Library 21c in Colorado Springs for an engaging event featuring the CALMA (Coalition of Latino Mentors and Authors) alliance and our anthology, Ramas y Raíces. As a board member and contributing author, I invite you to join me for an interactive session where we will discuss our collective work, explore the future of Latino literature, and host a Q&A to connect with our vibrant community.

In March 2025, I had the honor of serving as a guest speaker for the DPS United Nations Model Simulation at Denver North High School, an academic event conducted entirely in Spanish that united Latina and Latino professionals to mentor students on their career and academic paths. My role focused on fostering inspiration through authentic, informal ‘table talks’ during breakfast and lunch—a relaxed, human-centric format that allowed for deep, meaningful connections and open conversations with the next generation of leaders.
