In March 2026, I was invited to serve as a guest speaker for the DPS United Nations Model Simulation at Denver North High School. This academic event, conducted entirely in Spanish, brought together Latina and Latino
professionals to mentor students navigating
their own academic and career journeys.
My role focused on fostering inspiration through authentic, informal conversations. Rather than a formal presentation, we engaged in “table talks” during breakfast and lunch—a relaxed format that allowed for deep, human-centric connection.
The Mission
Theme:
Navigating diverse career pathways through cultural and linguistic heritage.
Format:
Conversational mentorship and storytelling.
Language:
Primarily Spanish, celebrating the power of bilingualism.
Location:
Denver, CO.
